YouMail’s consumer blog warns that package-delivery scams are climbing again — the “there’s a problem with your delivery” notifications that land by text, email, or call impersonating USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, then steer the recipient to a credential-harvesting page or a bogus “redelivery fee.”

This is the recurring smishing template more than a fresh dataset, and it arrives from a vendor that sells call and scam protection, so the “on the rise” framing is worth reading with that vantage in mind. The reason to keep a breadcrumb anyway: package-delivery impersonation is one of the most durable cross-channel fraud patterns going, spanning text and voice, and YouMail’s view of call and voicemail volume is a useful cross-reference against the carrier and analytics datasets when the seasonal spikes turn up in their numbers too.
